1. About Big Webster
Big Webster is a web-services brand operated by Jordan Barnes (“Big Webster,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We offer access to domain names, websites, professional email, hosting, security products, and related services through BigWebster.com.
These Terms govern your use of BigWebster.com and services supplied directly by Jordan Barnes under the Big Webster brand.
Purchases and recurring charges require the acceptance and authorization presented during the applicable ordering process.
2. Reseller Products and Provider Agreements
Certain products offered through Big Webster are supplied through GoDaddy’s reseller program, including Wild West Domains, LLC, and its applicable affiliates, registrars, and service providers.
Your purchase, account, registration, payment, and use of those products are also subject to the provider agreements and policies identified during checkout. These may include service-specific terms, domain registration agreements, acceptable-use requirements, renewal terms, and refund policies.
For a provider-supplied product, its applicable agreement controls product-specific matters if it conflicts with these Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms do not replace or reduce rights you have under applicable law.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
GoDaddy reseller products offered through Big Webster are intended for customers acting for business or professional purposes, as defined in the applicable provider agreements.
You must have legal capacity to enter the relevant agreement. If purchasing for an organization, you must be authorized to act on its behalf.
You are responsible for providing accurate account and registration information, maintaining current contact details, protecting your credentials, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access through the published support channels.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials through ordinary email or unsecured contact forms.
4. Product Descriptions, Availability, and Pricing
Review the product description, included features, billing period, and total charges before ordering.
Domain-search results do not reserve a domain. Registration is subject to availability, registry requirements, successful processing, and confirmation.
Promotional prices may apply only to an initial term. Renewal prices, optional features, and other charges may differ. Applicable charges and material purchase conditions must be disclosed during the ordering process.
A pricing or description error does not authorize us to charge you an increased amount without your agreement. An affected order may instead be corrected with your consent or canceled with any required refund.
5. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Some products renew automatically when you expressly authorize automatic renewal during checkout.
Before completing an applicable subscription purchase, you should receive clear information about the initial term, recurring charges or how they are determined, renewal frequency, and cancellation method.
You may manage renewal settings and cancel through the account controls or other methods provided for your purchase. Where California law applies, the cancellation process, notices, consent, and other subscription practices must meet its requirements.
Canceling future renewal generally does not itself request a refund or immediately end the current paid term. The applicable product policy and your statutory rights determine those outcomes.
You will not be required to waive rights provided by applicable automatic-renewal or consumer-protection law.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the purchased product, the applicable provider policy disclosed with the transaction, the timing of the request, and applicable law.
Different products may have different refund rules and deadlines. Do not assume that all services carry the same refund period.
Use the account’s cancellation controls or contact the published support number for assistance. Keep any cancellation or refund confirmation.
Nothing in these Terms imposes a blanket “no refunds” policy or excludes a refund, remedy, or cancellation right required by law.
7. Customer Support
Telephone support for eligible reseller products is provided by GoDaddy-operated support representatives answering under the Big Webster brand.
For product support, call (480) 624-2500. Support scope and availability depend on the product and the applicable support arrangement.
For Big Webster business inquiries, privacy requests, and custom website inquiries, email support@bigwebster.com.
Custom website projects and other services supplied directly by Big Webster may have separate support arrangements in their project agreements.
Unless expressly included in a purchased service, support does not include unlimited website changes, custom development, content creation, or ongoing maintenance.
8. Custom Website and Other Direct Services
Custom website design, setup, consulting, and other direct services require a separate written proposal or service agreement accepted before paid work begins.
That agreement will specify the scope, deliverables, payment schedule, revisions, client responsibilities, cancellation terms, ownership and licensing, and any maintenance or handoff arrangements.
Purchasing a domain, hosting plan, email account, or self-service website builder does not automatically include custom website design.
9. Acceptable Use and Customer Content
You must not use the website or services for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, malware distribution, unauthorized access, or interference with another person’s systems or rights.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit or publish.
Submitting content does not by itself transfer ownership to Big Webster. Any permissions needed to perform a custom project will be described in its separate agreement. Provider-hosted content remains subject to the applicable provider terms.
10. Intellectual Property
The Big Webster name, logo, original website content, and other brand materials belong to their respective owners or licensors.
These Terms do not grant permission to reproduce, sell, or misuse those materials. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information collected through BigWebster.com.
GoDaddy and other providers may separately process information for customer accounts, registration, payments, support, and service delivery under their applicable privacy notices.
These Terms do not constitute consent to optional marketing, advertising tracking, or text messages.
12. Service Limitations and Legal Rights
Online services may experience interruptions, maintenance, security incidents, or technical limitations. Service-specific warranties, uptime commitments, and remedies apply only as stated in the relevant agreement.
We do not guarantee search-engine rankings, sales, business results, uninterrupted availability, or complete protection against every security threat.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or unlawful conduct, or waives nonwaivable California or other applicable legal rights.
13. California Law and Disputes
These website Terms and services supplied directly by Big Webster are governed by California law, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory protections that apply to you.
Separate provider agreements may contain their own governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions.
These Big Webster Terms do not independently impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a waiver of access to small-claims court.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively and will identify the revised effective date. When notice or agreement is legally required, we will provide it through the applicable process.
An update does not retroactively change an accepted custom-project agreement or authorize a new charge without the agreement required by law.
