Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 28, 2026
1. Who We Are
Big Webster is a web-services brand operated by Jordan Barnes (“Big Webster,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information in connection with BigWebster.com, inquiries sent directly to us, and services we provide directly.
Certain products, customer accounts, checkout functions, and support services are provided through GoDaddy’s reseller program, including Wild West Domains, LLC, and its applicable affiliates and service providers. Their handling of personal information is also described in the privacy notices provided with those services.

2. Information You Provide
When you contact us or request services, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, business name, email address, telephone number, website or domain name, service interests, and the contents of your messages.
For custom website inquiries or projects, we may receive business information, project instructions, and materials you provide to perform the requested work.
Please do not include passwords, complete payment-card information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information in ordinary email or website contact forms.
Our website does not currently offer contact forms, account registration, file uploads, appointment booking, live chat, or newsletter sign-up. You can contact us directly by email or telephone.
3. Information Collected Through Website Technology
The technology used to operate our website may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, pages requested, referring pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.
Our website is hosted on GoDaddy’s managed WordPress hosting service, including its content delivery network. GoDaddy processes technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver, secure, and maintain the website.
Our hosting platform also includes GoDaddy-operated website analytics scripts that run on our public pages. These scripts record page views, page-load and performance measurements, and certain clicks, and use cookies containing visitor, visit, and session identifiers. This information is sent to GoDaddy to measure website traffic and performance.
Our domain-search and shopping features are provided by GoDaddy’s Reseller Store tools. When you search for a domain, the search terms are sent to GoDaddy to check availability. When our pages load, these tools may contact GoDaddy to display shopping-cart or account status and may read a GoDaddy storefront identifier cookie if one is present in your browser.
We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session-recording tools, embedded video or social-media content, or externally hosted web fonts on our public website pages.
4. Domain Searches, Purchases, and Customer Accounts
When you use a provider-powered domain search, create an account, purchase a reseller product, or request product support, information is processed by the relevant provider to perform that function.
Products offered through our storefront are provided by Wild West Domains, LLC, a GoDaddy-affiliated company, for which Big Webster acts as an agent.
This may include domain search queries, contact and registration details, order information, account information, and information needed for payment or service delivery.
Depending on the reseller tools and permissions available to us, we may receive customer contact details, product and order information, support-related information, or other information needed to administer the reseller relationship and assist you.
Domain registration information may also be disclosed to the applicable registrar, registry, or other authorized recipients under the relevant registration requirements and agreements.
Through our reseller account, we can view limited customer, product, and order information. We do not have access to all customer account information held by the provider.
The relevant provider’s privacy notice explains its processing of customer account, checkout, payment, domain registration, and product information.

7. Cookies, Tracking, and Privacy Choices
Our public website pages use the following cookies and similar technologies:
- GoDaddy analytics cookies (
_tccl_visitor,_tccl_visit,_scc_session): set by our hosting provider’s analytics scripts to identify a browser, a visit, and a session for traffic and performance measurement. The visitor identifier lasts up to one year; the visit and session identifiers expire after roughly 20–30 minutes. - GoDaddy storefront identifier (
ShopperId601930): may be set by the GoDaddy-operated storefront when you sign in or shop. Our domain-search and cart tools read it to show cart or account status. - Browser storage used by WordPress for basic page features, such as checking whether your browser displays emoji. This is not used to identify you.
Additional cookies and tracking technologies used on the GoDaddy-operated checkout and account pages are described in the Storefront Privacy Notice.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website features. Browser controls do not necessarily manage every other form of data collection.
Where additional consent or opt-out controls are required, we provide those controls for the relevant processing.
Do Not Track: Our website does not currently change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.
Global Privacy Control: Our website does not currently detect or act on Global Privacy Control signals.
Third-party tracking: Our hosting provider’s built-in analytics on our website use a persistent visitor identifier to measure traffic and performance over time. GoDaddy’s storefront and checkout pages, which GoDaddy operates, use additional analytics, chat, fraud-prevention, security, and advertising technologies, with privacy choices available on those pages. See the Storefront Privacy Notice for GoDaddy’s practices.
8. Communications
We use your contact information to respond to requests and provide relevant service or business communications.
We do not currently operate a marketing email or text-message program. If we send marketing email, you may unsubscribe using the instructions in the message or contact support@bigwebster.com. We may continue sending necessary nonmarketing communications concerning requested services, transactions, or legal matters.
Submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, authorize marketing text messages.
9. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, taking into account the nature of the information, the customer or project relationship, legal and accounting requirements, security needs, and the resolution of disputes.
We generally retain inquiries, project records, and customer records for one year after our last interaction with you or for the term of the applicable product or service, whichever is longer, unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably needed to resolve disputes. Website logs and backups maintained by our hosting provider are retained under that provider’s practices.
When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or otherwise dispose of it as appropriate, subject to applicable law and technical retention requirements.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle.
No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information connected with Big Webster has been accessed or used without authorization.
11. Your Privacy Requests
You may contact support@bigwebster.com to ask about personal information we hold about you or to request access, correction, or deletion.
Depending on your location and the laws applicable to our business, you may have additional rights concerning personal information, including rights to obtain information, receive a copy, correct information, request deletion, or opt out of certain uses or disclosures.
We will evaluate requests under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. We will request only information reasonably necessary for that purpose.
Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, transaction, or other permitted reasons. We will explain applicable limitations when responding.
For information controlled independently by GoDaddy or another provider, you may need to use that provider’s privacy-request process. We will explain where we can assist and where the provider must respond.
